Reboot

Ok kids, story time.  Was this blog really just a flash in the 2008 pan?  I must admit...2008-2013 I found myself lost and in some wild times.  Priorities changed as I was back to a life of Buffalo's Most Eligible Bachelor. 

But my, how times do change.  2013 especially.  Fast-forward to 2019, and I find myself a home owner, husband, and father.  I even still eat wings every now and then. 

Which brings me to the title of this post:  Reboot.  Yeah, it's time to reboot the wing blog.  A slight change in the name to The Buffalo Wing Project.  New authors.  A lot has changed in Buffalo in 11 years, including an explosion in entertainment.  There are still, of course, the old trusty go-to places, and the corner pizzerias.  But damn are there options now.  And since those ill-fated posts from 2008, there is a whole new slate of places begging to have their wings tasted.  So enjoy as we get a single order and some beers after hockey and tell you how it is out there.
