That's it. I've had enough of hearing about "Buffalo wings" from people around the country. That's not to say that there might not be some places outside of Buffalo with great wings. But I'm in no mood to read about some shitty bar in Oklahoma that has the world's best wings or some other bullshit. So, without further ado, welcome to The Buffalo Wing Project. We'll be periodically (read sometime after we eat wings while we're out drinking) reviewing the assortment of fine bars, pubs, restaurants, and pizzerias throughout Western New York (and beyond in limited instances) that serve wings. Notice they are called wings. Not "hot wings", not "Buffalo wings". Wings. Period. End of sentence. If you don't like what we have to say, we don't care. We are the Wing Masters.
